CI 101: Financial Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate

CI 101 is the first course in the designation curriculum.  In this course you will be introduced to the CCIM Cash Flow Model and learn to apply this model to investment decisions.  Concepts covered in this class include, IRR, NPV, Cap Rates and the Annual Growth Rate of Capital.

After completing this course you will be able to:

• Make better investment decisions using the CCIM Cash Flow Model.
• Apply state-of-the-art real estate analysis tools to quantify investment return.
• Measure the impact of taxation and leverage on cash flow from acquisition through disposition of a property.
