May Chapter Meeting - Opportunity Zones

Thursday, May 9, 2019 - Thursday, May 9, 2019

Join us at our May Chapter Meeting for a discussion on Opportunity Zones.

Opportunity Zones are the hottest topic in real estate development since the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act was passed in 2017. This program will not only cover how brokers and developers gain access to these funds and know whether or not they are right for their project; but also will outline the pros and cons of QOZ funds (Qualified Opportunity Zone) vs. a 1031 exchange.

Panel Info:

Ron Raitz is a teacher, national author and founder of Atlanta Deferred Exchange a provider of qualified intermediary services for 1031 exchange transactions since 1993. He received his CCIM designation in 1996.
