Atlanta – January 28, 2015 – The Georgia Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) chapter will host its first chapter meeting of 2016 on February 11 at South Terraces Conference Center from 7:30 to 9 a.m. The featured speakers will be Mitch Roschelle, partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and Michael Bull, CCIM, founder - Bull Realty. Michael Bull, CCIM

The meeting will feature an informative discussion on different real estate sectors’ 2016 outlooks and upcoming real estate trends. Michael Bull, CCIM and host of the nationally syndicated radio program, the Commercial Real Estate Show, will interview PwC’s Mitch Roschelle. Networking and a continental breakfast will begin at 7:30 a.m. and the meeting will begin at 8 a.m. The event is free for members and $10 for guests.

Mitch Roschelle, a real estate professional with more than 30 years of experience, is the U.S. national practice leader for PwC’s real estate advisory practice and is the publisher of “The PwC Real Estate Investor Survey.” He has been seen on national news stations like Fox Business Network and CNBC.
