Commercial Real Estate’s Global
Standard for Professional Achievement

October 27, 2016

It is incredible how time flies. My last note was from February with the year ahead of us, and now I look at closing out the year with the CCIM Annual Conference and our "Touchdown, Atlanta" event at the College Football Hall of Fame on October 25. We have more than 200 people registered.

By year end - we will have held almost 40 events and classes, giving our members and guests a variety of opportunities to network, connect and learn what is needed to acquire their CCIM designation. In fact, 11 individuals are scheduled to take their exam on Oct. 26.

I'm proud to have continued the momentum set last year, and look forward to passing the baton to the next set of leaders, including Andrew Joyner, who will replace me as president of the chapter. In addition, the new executive committee for 2017 will include Richard Slaton, president-elect and Jason Holland as secretary treasurer.

I've thoroughly enjoyed my time as president of this great organization, and I look forward to continuing to be involved next year!

Sincerely,
Kevin J. Brangers, CCIM
